Full job description

Job Summary

Awlees Divine Ltd is seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office by supporting sales administration, inventory coordination, supplier communications, and customer service functions.

Duties

Provide professional customer service by responding promptly to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and in person.
Maintain accurate business records, customer information, supplier documentation, and sales data using Microsoft Office and company management systems.
Process customer orders, prepare invoices, and update sales and inventory records.
Assist with monitoring stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely replenishment of mobile accessories and related products.
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, maintain calendars, and provide administrative support to management.
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business correspondence using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Support purchasing activities by processing purchase orders and maintaining supplier records.
Coordinate incoming deliveries, verify stock received, and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, document management, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve administrative processes and ensure efficient day-to-day business operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or business support role, preferably within a retail, wholesale, or e-commerce environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional telephone manner.
Ability to maintain accurate records relating to sales, inventory, suppliers, and administrative activities.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Experience using inventory management, accounting, or order processing systems is desirable but not essential.
A proactive attitude with the ability to support a fast-paced retail business effectively.
