Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure high standards of food quality and safety, and motivate your team to excel. Your leadership will foster a vibrant, welcoming environment where both staff and guests feel valued and inspired. Duties

Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to operational standards
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality, consistency, and presentation
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel to achieve performance goals
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Assist in training staff on food production techniques, serving procedures, and hospitality best practices
Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage food storage to minimize waste
Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a positive dining atmosphere

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
Demonstrated leadership in team management with the ability to motivate staff effectively
Extensive restaurant experience including food safety protocols and food production processes
Familiarity with hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required
Knowledge of hospitality standards, serving etiquette, and customer service excellence
Prior kitchen or culinary experience that highlights proficiency in food handling and kitchen operations
