We are now hiring a Service Administrator to support our technicians, clients and service team in delivering excellent customer service and full compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring dedicated service contracts run smoothly, customers are supported and compliance is always met.

This is more than just a support role. It is about bringing the right energy, accountability and resilience to our mission of saving lives through fire and height safety

Key Responsibilities

Assist service technicians with tools, equipment and materials for fire safety system inspections and maintenance.
Help with scheduling, documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Perform basic inspections, inventory checks and preparation of service kits.
Communicate with customers and team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
Uphold safety protocols and company standards at all times.
Build long-lasting, positive and trusting relationships with our key service clients.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

An A-player mindset — high standards, extreme ownership and the drive to do things properly, the first time.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
A strong sense of accountability and reliability.
The ability to adapt and stay resilient in fast-paced or physically demanding environments.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Previous experience in a technical, construction or service-based role is an advantage, although not essential — we will train the right person.
