Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help maintain smooth daily operations, support administrative tasks, and foster a friendly environment for all who walk through our doors or call in. Duties

Greet visitors warmly, verify their appointments, and direct them appropriately
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries efficiently
Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, packages, and visitor sign-in procedures
Maintain organized reception area, ensuring it is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked
Assist with data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as needed
Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and updating records to ensure accuracy and accessibility

Requirements

Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and professional demeanor
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic data entry techniques
Prior administrative experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific software tools like QuickBooks
Strong typing skills to facilitate efficient document preparation and data management
Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
