Why join us?:

We are looking for a Senior Workplace Assistant to join our London office. This is a full-time, office-based role offering the opportunity to play a key part in delivering an outstanding workplace and client experience within a leading global legal business. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will lead a small team, build strong relationships across the business, and make a real impact on the day-to-day success of our office. This is a varied and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to a professional, welcoming, and high-performing workplace.

Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day Workplace Services operations for the London office.
Manage and support a team of Workplace Assistants, setting clear expectations and maintaining high service standards.
Oversee the client suite and meeting spaces, ensuring an outstanding experience for clients and colleagues.
Coordinate facilities services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and supplier management.
Support health & safety, compliance, and workplace improvement initiatives.
Drive operational excellence and ensure a consistently high-quality experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential

Experience in Workplace Services, Facilities Management, Front of House, or Customer Service environments.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing suppliers or external contractors and driving cost-effective service delivery.
Good knowledge of health and safety, compliance, and building regulations.
Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

Professional Facilities Management qualification (e.g. IWFM Level 6, MIWFM, CIWFM).
Experience within a professional services or corporate office environment.
Interest in workplace improvements and employee experience.
