Night Shift -

Wednesday- Saturday 19:00-07:00

Sunday-Wednesday 19:00-07:00

PFE Express are offering fantastic opportunities to join our growing warehouse team in a brand new 100,000sq ft warehouse facility

Our new, purpose built Head Office and Warehouse located in Eastways Estate signifies our commitment to growth, innovation, and delivering an exceptional service. We are looking for proactive, hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team. PFE Express are offering;

Responsibilities:

Working as part of the Warehouse Team with general warehousing duties including:

· Unloading and loading of containers and trailers onto pallets and shrink wrapping ready for locating goods.

· Keeping the warehouse maintained and tidy

· Managing stock levels in line with current procedures

· Adhering to operational procedures and working schedules

· Making sure that all loads match the relevant paperwork

· High level of health and safety compliance

· Ensuring inventory controls are used including handheld scanners for the WMS

· Making sure any damaged or missing goods are reported and escalated

· Handling all stock with due care and attention

· Daily housekeeping and keeping areas tidy

· Actively reporting any suspicious goods or activity

· Stock taking and location checks

Attention to detail is an essential skill as there are varied customer requirements and associated internal paperwork to be completed to a high standard.

Previous experience and truck certifications are essential and full in-house training can be provided for other MHE Licenses for the right candidates.

· Knowledge of Warehousing activities

· Organisational skills and record keeping ability

· Excellent team-working ability to communicate and work as part of a team

· Interpersonal skills when dealing with all stakeholders

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Honesty and reliability

· Computer literacy and able to manage WMS systems

· Physical ability for manual handling work

· Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive

· Excellent communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Health and Safety compliance

· Flexible approach to working hours or overtime

· Excellent time keeping

· Ambitious and performance driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £33,400.00-£34,800.00 per year
