Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Practice Manager/PA to lead the efficient operation of a Psychology Practice, providing exceptional administrative support to the Psychologist. This role combines management responsibilities with hands-on administrative duties, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities whilst fostering a positive environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, undertaking financial management and Practice operations. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create an outstanding experience for clients.

Duties

Provide administrative support to the Psychologist, including:

Manage daily practice operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of client care
Oversee financial activities such as billing, invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking
Coordinate appointments, client communications, and follow-up care to ensure excellent customer service
Assist with administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining records, and preparing reports
Support the Psychologist with calendar management and logistical arrangements for meetings or events

Skills

Proven practice management and administration experience in a healthcare or similar setting
Excellent microsoft office computing capabilities including book keeping
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Clear communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, and external partners

Pay: From £17.00 per hour

Education:

Bachelor's (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Farnham GU9 7HH
