We are looking for a Project Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of Fire Door Inspection Solutions Ltd by coordinating administrative tasks, assisting with scheduling and logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between field teams, clients, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the operations and inspection teams.
Schedule and coordinate fire door inspections, liaising with clients and field engineers.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and compliance documentation.
Assist with procurement of materials and equipment for inspection teams.
Monitor and update internal systems (e.g., job tracking, CRM, compliance logs).
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing queries appropriately.
Support the preparation of reports and presentations for clients and internal use.
Ensure compliance with health and safety and data protection policies.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Person Specification

Essential

Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with compliance or inspection-based industries is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
Knowledge of fire safety regulations or facilities management.
