The Role

We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work alongside our Head Chef and Executive Chef as we continue to grow.

This isn't just another Sous Chef position. We're looking for someone who loves producing outstanding food, enjoys leading from the front.

New ideas are always welcomed. Many of our weekly specials and menu additions come directly from our kitchen team.

If you're passionate about quality brunch, fresh ingredients and creating food you're proud to serve, we'd love to meet you.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Sous Chef.
Passion for fresh, high-quality food.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.
High standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Someone who enjoys a busy service and thrives in a supportive kitchen.
