Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Receptionist to join our aesthetic clinic. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about client care, organisation, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Location: Stanmore

Hours: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Your Responsibilities:

Greeting clients and managing bookings
Maintaining and updating the appointment system
Taking control of stock and placing orders as needed
Preparing treatment rooms ahead of each appointment
Assisting therapists and supporting smooth clinic operations
Selling treatment packages and promoting services
Ensuring the clinic is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in an aesthetic or beauty clinic is essential
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
Comfortable using booking software and working independently
A keen eye for presentation and detail
