Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Accounts and Business Development Managers to join our expanding team. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing sales pipelines using CRM software such as Salesforce. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organisational growth while developing your professional expertise within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, update client information, and generate reports on sales performance.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to align strategies and optimise client solutions.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the organisation’s services and expand professional networks.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and develop strategic plans for growth.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
A recognised qualification in sales, marketing, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, or training sessions.
