Full job description

Freelance / Contract | Approx. 2 days per week | Remote | Flexible working

I’m looking for an experienced, hands-on marketing freelancer to support the day-to-day delivery of work across two established client accounts.

This is primarily an execution role. Strategies, brand direction and wider priorities are already established; I need someone reliable who can pick up briefs, keep projects moving and produce high-quality work without needing constant oversight.

The Work

The role will involve a varied mix of B2B marketing and e-commerce, including:

Creating and scheduling email campaigns
Updating websites and landing pages, primarily WordPress
Producing marketing materials, presentations and simple design assets
Writing and adapting marketing copy
Supporting social media and campaign activity
Carrying out competitor, market and product research
Supporting Amazon/e-commerce listings and product content
Coordinating with designers, copywriters and other freelancers where required
Keeping projects, actions and deadlines organised
Basic marketing reporting and performance analysis

Who I'm Looking For

You’ll ideally be a marketing generalist with 3+ years' experience who is comfortable moving between different types of marketing work.

You should be:

Confident working independently from a brief
Highly organised and dependable
Comfortable managing several projects at once
Strong at both written and visual communication
Commercially minded, rather than simply task-focused
Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow
Able to communicate clearly when something needs a decision or input

Experience with WordPress, Canva/Adobe, email marketing platforms, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, e-commerce or recruitment/B2B marketing would be particularly useful, although you don't need experience in every area.

Working Arrangement

The requirement will initially be around 2 days per week, with flexibility around when those hours are worked.

This would suit an established freelancer looking for a consistent additional client rather than somebody looking for a full-time employed position.

There may also be an opportunity for the relationship to continue longer term and for you to take ownership of more execution work if it works well for both sides.
