Sales Assistant – Swiss Farm Shop, Ipswich
Permanent | Hourly Rate | 40 Hours per Week - Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays - 8am-6pm

Are you passionate about great food and exceptional customer service? Join the friendly and dynamic team at Swiss Farm Shop in Ipswich

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to work Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, helping to deliver a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills in customer service, communication, time management, and teamwork, all while gaining in-depth knowledge of our renowned product range.

Your role will include:

Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
Assisting customers with purchases and handling payments
Keeping displays clean, tidy, and well-stocked
Working collaboratively with your teammates to ensure a smooth-running shop

We're looking for someone who:

Is enthusiastic, reliable, and confident when speaking with customers
Has a genuine interest in food and retail (previous experience is a bonus, but not essential)
Takes pride in delivering excellent service and enjoys being part of a team
