Part -Time Clinic Administrator (High Performance Role)

ChilternWellbeing Foot & Ankle Clinic

Hayes, Middlesex | Part-Time

ChilternWellbeing is growing, and we are looking for an exceptional Part-Time Clinic Administrator to join our award-winning podiatry team.

This is not a standard reception job — it is a brilliant leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centred environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

The Role

You will be the heartbeat of the clinic — welcoming patients, managing bookings, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a world-class practice.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing calls, emails, enquiries, and patient bookings
Play a key role in the growth of the business
Engage in outreach and create connections with local partner and GP’s
Use initiative and get tasks done to its entirety – no excuses
Handling payments, invoicing, and patient records
Supporting clinic organisation, stock control, and operations
Writing referral letters and clinical correspondence
Working closely with the Clinical Director

Marketing & Social Media

You’ll also support our growing online presence through:

Creating and scheduling social media content
Responding to Google reviews and patient feedback
Assisting with marketing campaigns (training provided)
Using tools such as AI and ChatGPT

Confident with IT systems and multitasking
