Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Practice Receptionist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency will contribute significantly to the overall success of our practice. Duties

Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reminders using our practice management software
Answer incoming phone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously
Verify patient insurance information and update records accurately
Handle patient inquiries regarding services, billing, and appointments with clarity and positivity
Maintain organized reception area and ensure all patient forms are completed correctly
Collaborate with dental staff to coordinate patient flow and support administrative needs

Qualifications

Prior office experience or administrative experience is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with office management software
Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide exceptional customer service
Attention to detail in handling patient information and documentation
