Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Steel Fabricators/Welders to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help us produce high-quality steel structures and parts that meet strict safety and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly contribute to our success.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements.
Use TIG welding techniques to join metal parts with accuracy and consistency, ensuring strong, clean welds.
Operate various power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other steel components.
Fabricate metal parts by measuring, cutting, bending, and assembling materials according to project specifications.
Perform quality checks on welded joints and fabricated parts to ensure compliance with safety standards and customer expectations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot fabrication issues and improve processes for efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in TIG welding, with a strong understanding of welding techniques.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment for sheet metal work.
Mechanical knowledge related to steel fabrication, assembly processes, and material properties.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and blueprint reading.
Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards.
Prior experience working with sheet metal, structural steel, or similar materials is preferred but not required.
