Full job description

Razzamataz Theatre Schools is looking for a highly organised and proactive Events & Marketing Office Assistant to join our friendly team in Billericay.

This is a varied administrative role that would suit someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, has excellent attention to detail, and is confident using computer systems. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our events run smoothly while supporting our marketing and parent communications.

Days and times-

Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10-2.30pm in Billericay

Key Responsibilities

Book and coordinate theatre school events.
Organise staff for events and ensure schedules are communicated clearly.
Arrange and track everything needed for each event, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
Send regular emails and updates to parents.
Create and send marketing emails to promote classes, events and special offers.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Liaise with team members to ensure all event administration is completed on time.
Support the wider office with general administrative tasks as required.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Confident using computer systems and learning new software.
Exceptionally accurate with a keen eye for detail and a habit of checking their work.
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Professional, friendly and confident communicating by email.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Previous administration, events or marketing experience is desirable
