Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our growing team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting daily business operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and helping maintain an efficient office environment. What you'll do:

Provide administrative support across multiple departments.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Prepare, organise, and maintain electronic and paper records.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Perform data entry and update company databases accurately.
Assist with document preparation, filing, and reporting.
Coordinate office supplies and general administrative activities.
Support colleagues with day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements:

Good communication and organisational skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar software.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good attention to detail.

Reliable and professional approach.
Comfortable working independently and within a team.
Previous experience in administration, customer service, reception, office support, retail, or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
