The Role

Liaise with our world-class customers through emails, messaging, phone & providing accurate information & support
Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently & professionally
Maintain customer satisfaction to our world-class Trust Pilot rating
Building long term relationships with new & existing customers
Perform data entry to maintain customer service delivery times
Tracking & resolving issues with our courier
Eloquent written & verbal communication skills to our high spend customer base
Creating new CS processes for consistency & repeatability
