Moody’s Hagley is looking for an experienced, reliable and passionate Chef / Senior Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.

The Role

Working alongside our Head Chef, you’ll play an important role in delivering consistently high-quality food across both our busy daytime brunch service and our growing evening offering.

You’ll be involved in developing seasonal specials, maintaining excellent standards and helping ensure every service runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes during busy service.
Assist with menu development and seasonal specials.
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, consistency and presentation.
Follow all food hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures.
Help manage stock, ordering and minimise waste.
Support and train junior members of the kitchen team.
Keep the kitchen clean, organised and service-ready.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in a similar fresh-food kitchen role.
Reliable, organised and calm under pressure.
Passionate about cooking with fresh ingredients.
A positive team player with excellent communication skills.
Flexible to work both daytime and evening shifts, including weekends.
Experienced with pizza (preferred but not essential)

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
