We're Hiring: A Chiropractic Patient Experience Coordinator

Life Balance Chiropractic seeks coachable new clinical assistants and client experience receptionists to join our dynamic, friendly team at our busy, expanding Poole centre. No chiropractic experience? No problem! Whether re-entering the workforce, shifting careers, or seeking meaningful work alongside family life, this could be your next step.

The role advertised is for 4 shifts + per week plus overtime where required. The required shifts for this position are between 7.30 am - 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm - 7.45 pm hours.

What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for a proactive, people-first professional to join our team in a role that blends inbound sales, client care, and front desk coordination. You'll be the trusted guide who supports new enquiries, builds real relationships, and ensures clients feel seen, heard, and cared for every step of the way.

Convert enquiries into loyal clients through high-touch inbound & outbound calls (you'll have training)

Being a True Team Player – Collaborate, cover shifts when needed, and attend training to grow your skills and be able to work one Saturday per month.

No industry experience? No problem. If you're passionate about people, health, and delivering an exceptional client experience, we'll teach you the rest. Full training provided.

Has experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with some phone-based sales or support (bonus if you've done appointment booking or inbound calls)
Is naturally organised, proactive, and sharp with attention to detail and admin accuracy, taking a checklist first approach

Is flexible, growth-minded, great under pressure and love being part of a high-energy team

Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal
Solid IT skills—Google Suite, CRM, and patient systems (we'll train you!)

A mix of AM and PM Shifts: 7:30 AM–1:30 PM or 1:30 PM–7:40 PM
Available to cover 1 Saturday per month
Team Training: Wednesday mornings, 08:40 AM–12:00 PM
