Location: Luscombe MG, Leeds
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Performance Bonus (OTE £37,000)

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Digital Sales Support Executive to join our Sales Team.

This is a non-selling, office-based position where your primary responsibility is to create opportunities for our Sales Executives by engaging with customers, generating appointments and supporting the dealership's sales activity.

The Role

As a Digital Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring every customer enquiry is responded to promptly and professionally, while proactively identifying opportunities to generate appointments for our Sales Team.

You will become the first point of contact for many prospective customers and play a vital role in helping the dealership maximise every sales opportunity.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Lead Management

Respond quickly and professionally to all manufacturer and digital sales enquiries.
Contact customers via telephone, email and digital messaging.
Qualify customer requirements and arrange appointments with the Sales Team.
Ensure every enquiry is handled in line with manufacturer standards.
Maximise appointment conversion from all digital enquiries.

Customer Retention

Manage the dealership's customer retention programme.
Contact existing customers approaching the ideal time to replace their current vehicle.
Identify upgrade opportunities and generate appointments for the Sales Team.
Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business.

Daily Customer Contact

Review the following day's service customer list to identify potential vehicle replacement opportunities.
Contact suitable customers ahead of their visit to discuss the possibility of upgrading their current vehicle.
Arrange appointments with the Sales Team where appropriate.
Help maximise showroom traffic through proactive customer engagement.

Service Plan Sales

Contact customers following the purchase of a new or used vehicle.
Explain the benefits of our service plans.
Promote and sell service plans in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Achieve monthly service plan objectives.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, confident and professional on the telephone.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple customer conversations.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software.
Positive, enthusiastic and enjoys working as part of a successful team.

Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, telesales, retail or the motor industry would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.

Competitive basic salary with realistic On Target Earnings of £37,000.
Monday to Friday working hours (9:00am – 5:00pm).
