Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bartender/Waitress, where your energy and hospitality will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management
Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills, including processing payments and giving change
Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and address any concerns promptly

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly, adhering to legal age requirements and safety protocols
Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities smoothly
Basic math proficiency for billing, tipping, and cash handling tasks
Effective communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
