Job Description:

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Executive at Skills Max Academy, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Work-based Learning Team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our work-based learning programs to potential clients. Your goal will be to generate new business, expand our client base, and contribute to the overall mission of Skills Max Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation and Prospecting:

o Identify and research potential clients and industries for work-based learning programs.

o Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads and opportunities.

· Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, industry partners, and educational institutions.

o Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to promote the benefits of work-based learning programs.

· Sales and Business Development:

o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

o Prepare and present compelling proposals and contracts to prospective clients.

o Negotiate and close business deals to secure new partnerships and collaborations.

· Market Research and Analysis:

o Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

o Analyse client needs and feedback to continuously improve our offerings and value proposition.

· Collaboration and Coordination:

o Work closely with the Work-based Learning Team to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of programs.

o Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

· Reporting and Documentation:

o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress.

o Prepare regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the education or training sector.

· Strong understanding of work-based learning concepts and their benefits.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
