We are recruiting a General Manager to lead one of our incredible venues. This is an opportunity to join a fast‑growing business and play a key role in delivering the distinctive Everyman experience for our guests.

As a General Manager, you will provide strong, visible leadership, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and a positive team ethos.

The Day-to-Day Script

Lead and develop the venue team to deliver consistently excellent guest service
Oversee all aspects of the venue’s commercial and operational performance
Hold full P&L accountability and use financial insight to drive revenue and achieve KPIs
Work closely with the Operations team to enhance service delivery and maximise business performance

What You Bring to the Screen

Successful candidates will:

Bring genuine passion for hospitality and team development
Be confident, energetic leaders with strong communication skills
Have a strong understanding of food, beverage, and guest experience
Demonstrate commercial awareness, initiative, and self‑motivation
Have previous experience as a Venue Manager or General Manager within a customer‑focused hospitality environment
