Job IntroductionJob Role: Administrator and Receptionist

Hours: 30 hours a week | Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 3:00pm

Pay Rate: £13.91 per hour

Location: St Josephs, Blundell Avenue, Freshfield, Formby, Liverpool, L37 1PH

Proven experience in a busy administration role.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Excel, Publisher applications and email systems.
A proactive, customer-focused approach.

About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and empathetic Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for everyone entering our home or calling us. You will balance a welcoming front-of-house presence with vital administrative support to keep our home running smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Front of House: Welcome visitors, sign guests in, and answer phone calls warmly.
Enquiries: Direct calls and handle initial inquiries from prospective families or healthcare professionals.
Staff Support: Update staff training records and assist with onboarding paperwork.
Compliance: Maintain accurate resident archives and physical records securely.
Supplies: Monitor stock levels and order office stationery.

St. Joseph's Home specialises in supporting people with profound and multiple learning disabilities who have complex health care needs. Our facility features beautiful, secure grounds, and three sensory rooms with state-of-the-art multi-sensory equipment.
