Job Role: Registered Manager

Salary: £50000 plus bonuses of £5000 (£55,000 total)

Location: Aigburth, Liverpool and Newton-Le-Willows

We are opening a new two-bedded home for children with learning disabilities, such as autism, providing them with a safe, nurturing home that celebrates them for who they are. As the Registered Manager, you’ll play a central role in leading the team and ensuring that our ethos is lived out every day. You’ll find:

What you bring:

We’re looking for strong, compassionate leaders who are committed to making a difference. You will bring:

· At least two years’ experience within the last five years in a role relevant to residential childcare, and at least one year in a role that involved the supervision and management of staff working in a care role.

· Significant experience in residential childcare, including leadership or deputy management.

· A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

· A proven ability to lead and develop a team that delivers outstanding, trauma-informed care.

· A strong understanding of supporting children with learning disabilities and complex needs.

· Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.

· Excellent communication and organisational skills.

· A passion for ensuring children are seen, heard, and valued every single day.

· The resilience and sturdiness to lead through both the rewarding and challenging moments.
