About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative and highly organised Marketing & E-commerce Executive to join our growing team at Dermapure Clinical.

This is a varied, hands-on role requiring proven experience in Shopify, CRM and email marketing, combined with strong creative and design skills. You will be responsible for managing multiple Shopify websites, planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns, maintaining our online training platform and supporting the continued growth of our B2B and D2C brands.

Working across six websites, each with its own identity, objectives and audience, you'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of projects and bringing fresh ideas that enhance the customer experience, improve conversions and drive online sales.

This is an office-based role that offers genuine variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact within one of the UK's leading professional skincare distributors.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial awareness and has a genuine passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.

You will be confident managing multiple projects simultaneously, communicating effectively across departments and delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines. You'll be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and confident making recommendations that positively influence business performance.

You will have strong experience using Shopify and email marketing platforms, excellent design skills and a keen eye for detail. Above all, you'll enjoy being part of a collaborative team where everyone contributes to the success of the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

Plan, create, design and execute consumer-facing marketing campaigns across multiple skincare brands.
Produce engaging email marketing campaigns, automated customer journeys and promotional communications using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar.
Create seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional offers, training communications and customer newsletters.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise results through reporting, testing and analysis.
Work closely with internal departments to deliver cohesive and effective marketing campaigns across all channels.

Shopify Website Management

Manage and maintain six Shopify websites across multiple brands.
Upload and maintain products, collections and product information.
Write and update engaging product descriptions and website copy.
Manage pricing, promotional offers and merchandising.
Create and update homepage banners, landing pages, hero images and website content.
Continually improve website usability, customer journey and conversion rates.
Ensure all websites remain accurate, engaging and aligned with individual brand guidelines.

Training Hub & Events

Manage the company's online training hub within Shopify.
Ensure all training resources, documentation and course materials remain accurate and up to date.
Coordinate the online training booking system.
Create new training events, maintain availability and support the promotion of upcoming training sessions.

Wholesale E-commerce

Manage wholesale pricing and promotions within SparkLayer.
Maintain B2B customer pricing and price lists.
Configure promotional pricing and wholesale discounts.
Ensure pricing accuracy across all wholesale customer accounts.

Marketing & Business Support

Attend sales and marketing meetings, contributing ideas for campaigns, promotions and future strategies.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
Produce campaign and website performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.
Support wider marketing projects and product launches as required.
Represent Dermapure Clinical and our brands professionally at meetings, training events and industry exhibitions.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

Proven experience managing Shopify websites and Shopify's back office.
Strong experience using email marketing and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar.
Experience creating email campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation, automation, A/B testing and campaign reporting.
Strong design fundamentals with an excellent eye for layout, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with experience using Canva and other creative design tools.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce engaging marketing copy.
Experience managing multiple websites or digital brands simultaneously.
Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise competing workloads.
Excellent attention to detail.
Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Confident analysing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Desirable

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and Google Ads.
Understanding of SEO best practice and website optimisation.
Experience improving customer journeys and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
Knowledge of AI marketing tools and creative software.
Experience within the skincare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellbeing industries.
