Salary £27,040 per annum plus overtime & benefits

The services are provided by over 60 franchisees with geographical coverage across the UK. We’ve been clearing and unblocking drains for more than thirty years and we’re proud of our reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction. Major companies and leading high street names trust us to deal with all their regular drain maintenance and we’ll bring the same high standards of service to tackle your drain blockage.

Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.

Your main responsibilities will be:

To support our Engineers in carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer’s drains
To deliver an exceptional standard of customer service
To ensure you work in accordance with H&S and Quality Assurance procedures
Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Ideal candidates will:

Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
Want to be part of a growing and progressive business
Be willing to work some unsociable hours. Overtime rate is £19 per hour.
Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors
Have a keen interest and desire to progress within the drainage industry
Be customer-focused
