Registered Care Manager – Domiciliary Care

Location: Hayes, London
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

BenAstro Group is seeking an ambitious, commercially focused Registered Care Manager to lead and grow our Domiciliary Care Service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of managing high-quality care services while developing relationships with private clients and bringing in new business.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is target-driven, proactive, and passionate about growing a successful care business.

Key Responsibilities of Registered Care Manager

Oversee the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with private clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Generate new business opportunities and increase private client referrals.
Promote the company's services through networking and business development activities.
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation.
Recruit, lead, and support a high-performing care team.
Maintain excellent standards of care and client satisfaction.
Work closely with senior management to achieve business growth targets.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Registered Care Manager / Care Manager within domiciliary care.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to generate new business and secure private care clients.
Excellent communication, leadership, sales, and relationship-building skills.
Commercially minded with a strong focus on growth and results.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
Right to work in the UK.
