Job Overview

Maintain clear and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.
Use IT systems to update care records accurately and efficiently, supporting seamless documentation of care provided.
Drive company vehicles when necessary for home care visits, ensuring safe transportation for clients.
Monitor health conditions and report any changes or concerns promptly to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
Ability to follow detailed care plans and adapt support as needed based on individual requirements.
Basic IT literacy for updating electronic health records and documentation.
Valid driving license with reliable driving skills for home visits or transportation duties.
Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to healthcare environments.
