Creams Café, the UK’s leading Italian Gelato Dessert Restaurant group, is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Team Members to join our vibrant Newcastle location. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, fun-filled environment, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:

As a Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives outstanding service and enjoys our delicious range of desserts – from handcrafted waffles and crepes to indulgent sundaes, milkshakes, coffee, cakes, and our signature gelato.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver warm, friendly, and engaging service to all guests
Demonstrate initiative and remain composed under pressure
Multitask effectively and contribute as a reliable team player
Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs with professionalism
Uphold high hygiene and food safety standards
Prepare and serve desserts and beverages in line with recipe and presentation standards
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols (comprehensive training provided)

What We’re Looking For:

High energy and a positive attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and late evenings
Previous experience in customer service or food preparation is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
An outgoing personality and a passion for guest-facing roles
