Full job description

Sales/office Administration

To process and maintain vehicle inspection reports.
To process sales invoices in a timely manner.
To answer telephone calls.

Customer Service

Provide a professional and friendly service to customers.
Respond promptly to telephone calls and emails.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Escalate customer issues where appropriate.

Office Administration

Carry out general office administration and filing.
Prepare correspondence, reports and documentation.
Order stationery.
Provide administrative support to other departments as required.

Finance Support

Assist with customer payments, payment allocation and credit control.
Provide general administrative support to the Accounts Team.

Systems

The successful candidate will be expected to become proficient in:

Accelerator & Sage (training will be provided)
Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Company telephone system

The successful candidate should have:

Strong attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
