Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions and providing excellent support to staff and clients alike. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in various computer applications, and demonstrate exceptional organisational abilities. Duties

Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
Data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
Managing accounts using Sage 50 and processing invoices or payments as required
Providing general administrative support including photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
Supporting team members with organisational tasks to enhance overall efficiency

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative background
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Sage 50 or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating professional phone etiquette
Previous clerical experience or data entry expertise is advantageous
