The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professional Event Response Security operatives who champion our values to join our dedicated, elite team. This is a unique opportunity to work on match days at an EFL stadium in Shepherd's Bush. This is a high-profile, fast-paced environment where keeping people safe and executing rapid incident response is our top priority. We are therefore seeking applicants with a proven experience of working in a Response Team at football matches.

Key Responsibilities

Crowd & Pitch Management: Monitor crowd behaviour, manage egress control, and provide a rapid, professional response to any incidents on or near the pitch to prevent pitch invasions or unauthorised access.
Safety & Vigilance: Ensure the safety of players, officials, and spectators at all times by remaining highly visible and alert to potential security risks.
Conflict De-escalation: Confidently handle high-pressure conflict management situations, reporting anti-social or suspicious behaviour effectively.
Customer Excellence: Deliver approachable customer service, direct guests around the site, and act as a professional ambassador for Lawmens Security.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet all of the following criteria:

You must hold a valid, current SIA Door Supervision Licence.
You must have an unrestricted right to work in the UK.
You must have experience working in Response roles at football stadium.
You must be able to easily commute to Shepherd's Bush on match days.
You must have fluent verbal and written English.

Specific Location: The area/borough of London where you live (rather than just "London").
Qualifications: Details of your SIA licence and whether you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Spectator Safety qualification.
Relevant Experience: Previous stadium experience, specifically within a Response Team role.

In-Person Interview

If your CV identifies you as a strong candidate, you will be invited to an in-person, midweek interview at our North London assessment centre. Successful applicants will then return at a later date to complete our mandatory induction.

Pay: £16.50-£18.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Shepherd's Bush, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
