Full job description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and scanning documents
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk of our medical practice. Your excellent customer service skills and attention to detail will contribute to providing a positive experience for our patients. If you are organised, reliable, and have a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply.
