Job overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Clinical Services Coordinator to oversee the smooth operational running of five community clinics across the Borough of Richmond. This is a dynamic and rewarding role at the heart of service delivery, ensuring patients receive a high-quality, efficient and welcoming experience.

Working closely with clinical and operational leads, you will coordinate day-to-day activities across sites, with a particular focus on reception services, site co-ordination and administrative functions.

Main duties of the job

Oversee the daily operational management of five clinic sites, ensuring services run efficiently and effectively

Lead and support reception and administrative teams, setting high standards for patient experience.

Act as the first point of contact for operational issues, resolving queries promptly and escalating where required.

Ensure consistent processes and standards across all sites, including reception procedures and site management.

Work collaboratively with clinicians, managers, and corporate teams to support delivery of a safe, high-quality care experience for patients accessing our services and sites.

Degree or significant relevant experience in a supervisory role.

Previous NHS experience within an patient administration / call centre/reception environment with a customer service focus
Supervisory experience including recruitment, training and employee relations issues
Good interpersonal skills including ability to liaise, negotiate and persuade others
Excellent organisational skills of self and others and ability to prioritise workload in order to ensure delivery of team priorities
Team player, able to motivate staff and colleagues

Knowledge

Essential criteria

Competent knowledge of a Patient Administration Systems
IT skills to intermediate level with knowledge of Microsoft package
Robust understanding of the requirements of Information Governance & Confidentiality
