Full job description

About the Role

Techno Packaging is looking for a Finance & Office Administrator to join our Wembley office. This is a varied role combining day-to-day office administration with finance and accounting responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, commercially minded and comfortable working independently in a busy office environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounts

Process sales and purchase invoices.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Carry out bank and account reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding payments and customer balances.
Assist with cash flow, budgeting and financial reporting.
Identify and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with month-end and year-end processes.
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting/ERP software.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, banks and accountants when required.

Office Administration

Manage incoming calls and general enquiries.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Handle data entry and prepare documents, reports and spreadsheets.
Manage office supplies and general administrative requirements.
Assist with scheduling and day-to-day office organisation.
Provide administrative support to management and the wider team.

Requirements

Previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping, finance administration or office administration.
Experience with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage or similar is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Professional telephone and email manner.
AAT, ACCA, CIMA or similar qualification is advantageous but not essential.

This role would suit someone looking for a varied position combining finance, accounts and general office administration within a growing business.

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
