What you’ll be doing

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll support our Warehouse Team Leaders to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient running of our Lichfield warehouse. Your day-to-day will include:

Completing tasks accurately and efficiently, always aiming for high standards
Proactively looking for your next task—no standing still here.
Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies quickly
Supporting and encouraging your teammates to create a positive working environment
Playing an active role in team meetings and planning
Ensuring goods-in and goods-out processes run smoothly and on time
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times
Following health & safety procedures and reporting any concerns promptly

What we’re looking for

Essential:

A team-focused mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work towards targets and KPIs
Good communication skills and ability to use your initiative

Nice to have (but not essential):

Previous warehouse experience (2+ years ideal)
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
FLT experience

Shift Pattern

You'll be working Monday-Friday 14:00-22:30, 40 hours per week.
