Sales Executive – £23,500–£28,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Telford | Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based

£23,500–£28,000 basic salary | Uncapped commission | Monday to Friday | No weekends

Looking for a sales role where you can earn commission, develop your skills and build a genuine career?

Yourmobile.com is growing its Telford sales team and we're looking for confident, motivated people who enjoy speaking to customers, working towards targets and being rewarded for their results.

Previous telecoms experience isn't required. If you've got the confidence, attitude and willingness to learn, we'll give you the training and support you need.

The Role

This is a telephone-based sales role speaking with businesses across the UK about their mobile phone requirements.

You'll build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, understand their current arrangements and identify opportunities where Yourmobile.com can offer the right solution.

Your responsibilities will include:

Speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Understanding their current business mobile requirements
Building rapport and having confident, professional conversations
Identifying and creating new business opportunities
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Keeping accurate records of customer conversations
Developing your sales skills through regular coaching and feedback
Working closely with the wider sales team

Previous experience in telesales, call centres, customer service, retail, hospitality, recruitment, estate agency or another customer-facing role would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

No previous telecoms experience is required – full training is provided.
