Summary

'We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Sales Administrator to join our team at Tates Hyundai/Vauxhall Team. This role is vital in supporting our sales operations and ensuring excellent customer service. If you are organised, proactive, and passionate about the automotive industry, we want to hear from you.'
Responsibilities

' Manage sales documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.

Support the sales team with customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records using CRM software and other tools.
Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with the aftersales department to ensure smooth operations.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
Organise appointments and manage schedules effectively.
Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues.'
Qualifications

' Proven experience in sales administration or similar role within the automotive industry.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of CRM software, IStore, Dealerweb etc are advantageous
Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude.
Fluency in English is required.'},{
