Part-Time Business Development & Customer Relations Executive

Location: 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 1FH

Job Type: Part-Time (20–25 hours per week)

Salary: £26,000 per year (pro rata) + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus

SWK Property Services is an ambitious and rapidly growing property maintenance company delivering reactive maintenance, planned works and specialist mechanical services across London.

We work with managing agents, landlords, commercial clients and facilities management companies, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Business Development & Customer Relations Executive to help drive the next stage of our growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and being rewarded for their success through uncapped commission.

About the Role

This is much more than a telephone sales role.

You'll be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with commercial clients, following up quotations and helping convert enquiries into long-term customers.

You'll also manage incoming project enquiries, ensuring customers receive excellent service from their first enquiry through to quotation.

Your Responsibilities

Contact potential customers from our existing database.
Generate your own new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Build relationships with property managers, estate agents, landlords, facilities managers and commercial clients.
Follow up quotations to maximise conversion rates.
Re-engage previous customers and encourage repeat business.
Answer incoming sales and project enquiries professionally.
Qualify customer requirements and gather project information.
Arrange site surveys where required.
Liaise with our estimator to prepare quotations.
Send quotations and follow up until a decision is made.
Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
Achieve agreed sales and activity targets.
Represent SWK Property Services professionally at all times.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking to people and is motivated by achieving results.

Ideally you'll have:

Previous experience in sales, business development or account management.
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Confidence speaking with commercial customers.
Strong organisational skills.
Self-motivation and a proactive attitude.
Good computer skills.
Experience using CRM software (preferred but not essential).
Experience within property maintenance, construction or facilities management would be an advantage but is not essential.
