Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while actively engaging with clients to meet their needs. Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on products and services
Assist customers in selecting items that best suit their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience
Engage in effective negotiation to close sales and maximize customer satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, and store policies
Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing displays for optimal appeal
Handle customer inquiries promptly via face-to-face interactions or over the phone
Support B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by building relationships with corporate clients and partners
Use IT systems efficiently to process transactions, update records, and track sales performance
Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence positively and close deals effectively
Valid driving license preferred for supporting delivery or store visits as needed
Proven experience in B2B sales or retail customer service environments
Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Proficiency in IT systems including point-of-sale software and basic office applications
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
Outstanding organizational skills for maintaining stock levels, displays, and documentation
Ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
