Full job description

Inserta | Dental Implant Technology

Inserta is a young, ambitious and highly innovative dental implant manufacturer, working with talented clinicians and serving customers across Europe.

We are building a company around a strong vision for the future of implant dentistry: combining excellent products, close collaboration with clinicians and a practical, entrepreneurial approach to everything we do.

We are growing rapidly, and we are now looking for an exceptional Office Manager to become a key part of our team.

The Role

This is not a traditional office management position.

You will be at the centre of Inserta's day-to-day operations, taking responsibility for our back office and providing essential operational support to our sales team.

It is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting things done, takes ownership and pays attention to the details. As the company grows, we expect the role to grow with it, creating significant opportunities for the right person to take on more responsibility and develop their career.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing customer orders through our ERP system, from order entry through to preparation and dispatch
Preparing, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
Supporting our sales team with the operational side of customer accounts
Keeping customer accounts and records accurate and up to date
Taking payments and correctly registering and reconciling them within our systems
Managing product returns and exchanges
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring we have the right inventory available
Proactively ordering stock and supplies before they are needed
Receiving incoming inventory, checking deliveries and updating stock records
Helping maintain an organised, efficient and professional office and back-office operation
Identifying ways to make our processes simpler, faster and more reliable
Taking ownership of the many practical tasks that naturally arise in a young and rapidly growing business

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is organised, practical, proactive and dependable.

You should be the kind of person who sees something that needs doing and gets it done. You are comfortable switching between systems, customers, stock, paperwork and practical tasks during the same day, without losing sight of the details.

You will probably enjoy this role if you:

Have an excellent eye for detail and take pride in getting things right
Are highly organised and comfortable managing several priorities at once
Are hands-on and practical — no task is “someone else’s job”
Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
Are confident working with ERP, accounting or business-management systems, or are comfortable learning them quickly
Are comfortable handling payments, orders, stock and customer records accurately
Can understand how a process works, spot where it could work better and help us improve it
Communicate clearly and enjoy supporting both customers and colleagues
Remain calm and effective in a fast-moving environment
Want to grow with a company rather than simply fill a predefined role
