Office Administrator – Multi-Company Support

Location: Office Based
Hours: Full Time
Salary: To be discussed
Job Type: Office Admin.

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, reliable and friendly Office Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support across multiple businesses.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys being organised, communicating with people and managing different tasks throughout the day. You will be working across several companies, so the ability to prioritise and adapt is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Taking accurate messages and passing them to the relevant person
Responding to and managing emails
Providing general administrative support to multiple companies
Managing diaries, appointments and general correspondence
Filing and maintaining accurate records
Preparing documents, spreadsheets and reports
Assisting with invoicing and basic administrative tasks
Liaising with customers, suppliers and other contacts
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office duties
Prioritising workloads and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Confident and professional when speaking on the telephone
Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
Comfortable communicating by email
Reliable, conscientious and able to work independently
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Able to use initiative and solve problems
Flexible and happy to support different businesses and departments
Accurate with good attention to detail

Previous office administration experience is preferred, but attitude, organisation and communication skills are equally important.
