Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our existing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office systems. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and strong clerical skills to facilitate daily operations.

Duties

Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing correspondence.
Support other administrative functions as required to enhance overall productivity.

Qualifications

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
