Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Luxury Events Partnership Manager to spearhead the development and management of exclusive partnerships within the luxury events sector. In this role, you will cultivate relationships with high-end brands, venues, and service providers to create unforgettable experiences for our clientele. Your expertise in hospitality, fundraising, and guest services will drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and exceptional client engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of luxury event collaborations while delivering outstanding service and innovative event solutions.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong relationships with luxury brand partners, venues, and vendors to expand our network of premium collaborations
Identify new partnership opportunities that align with our brand’s vision and elevate the guest experience
Coordinate all aspects of partnership development, including negotiations, contract management, and ongoing communication
Plan and execute high-profile luxury events by leveraging partner resources, ensuring seamless integration of services and branding
Upsell additional services or packages during client interactions to maximize revenue potential
Manage multiple projects efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills
Provide exceptional guest services by anticipating client needs and delivering personalized event experiences
Identify and secure opportunities within VIP, Elite, corporate, sporting, and private events.

Skills

Proven experience in luxury events, hospitality, corporate hospitality, or private client services with a focus on luxury service standards.
Strong communication skills for effective negotiation, relationship building, and client engagement
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple partnerships and events simultaneously
An established network of industry contacts and strong relationship-building skills.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the luxury market trends, brands, and venues to inform strategic decisions
Experience securing partnerships, supplier agreements, or event opportunities.
