Full job description

Job Overview

· quoting from the engineer's recommendations

· Scheduling Support

· Quote follow-ups with clients/surveyors.

· Materials and equipment ordering for upcoming works

· Tech Support with engineers

· Site-specific RAMs

· Train station Permit applications

Oversee daily operations for the business.
Ensure overall delivery and quality of the operations offerings to clients.
Advice on key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
Communicate strategy and results to the business employees.
Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategy planning.
Assisting and overseeing the scheduling and planning of all project and PPM works
Equipment Asset register

Engineer management

· Queries from engineers

· Escalation for engineers

· Ensuring Plant and equipment repairs and maintenance are completed as required promptly

Health and safety

1- Accident and near-miss reporting

2- Ensuring on site engineers have adequate ppe

Being Technical Support

A technical support operative in an office is responsible for ensuring that all engineer and client information is transferred and runs smoothly while helping staff resolve any technical issues they encounter. Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
