At Evesham Place Dental, we're looking for an exceptional Dental Receptionist to become the friendly face of our practice. Located in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, our beautifully renovated practice provides high-quality general, cosmetic and specialist dentistry in a modern, welcoming environment.

The Role

As one of the first people our patients meet, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm, professional and caring experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients with a friendly and professional manner
Managing appointments efficiently using our practice management software
Answering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Supporting patients with treatment appointments and payment options
Taking payments and maintaining accurate patient records
Liaising with clinicians to ensure appointments run smoothly
Helping keep reception organised, efficient and welcoming
Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous dental reception experience (preferred)
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is confident using computers and learning new systems
Is organised, proactive and able to multitask
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
Remains calm and professional in a busy environment
Has a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys helping people

If you have experience in a customer-facing healthcare role and are looking to move into dentistry, we'd also love to hear from you.
