Join our dynamic HR team and make a real impact on colleague experiences across our organisation.

Pay Rate/Salary: £18,750 pro rata

Hours: 25 hrs per week, Mon-Fri

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join our team at our Head Office based in Warrington.

As a key member of the HR function, you will provide efficient administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.

Your Key Responsibilities and Duties Will Include:

Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the HR function
Monitor and respond to HR requests via our HR information system
Process changes to colleagues' terms and conditions
Manage the leaver process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
Produce, issue and maintain HR correspondence and letters
Update and maintain colleague records on the HR information system
Monitor and track colleagues' right to work documentation
Track SIA licences and DBS, liaising with site management where required
Provide note-taking support during sensitive and high-risk cases
Assist with reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
Support the wider HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in an HR Administration role
A good understanding of HR processes and employment practices
Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential)

Additional Details:

Part-time position, 25 hours per week
Flexible working hours to support work-life balance
Monday to Friday working pattern
Hybrid working arrangements available
Minimum requirement of three days per week in the office initially
